OUR STORY
Berdea Realty Services began with a simple dream and a leap of faith.
In April 2008, Benjamin H. Alipit—affectionately known as “Benji”—returned to the Philippines after working overseas, unsure of how to begin a new chapter at home. Like many returning OFWs, he explored various ways to earn a living, searching for a path that felt purposeful.
That opportunity came through a friend from church who introduced him to the world of real estate in Cavite, particularly in Dasmariñas. From the moment Benji stepped into his very first property site, he felt a deep calling—to help others find not just houses, but places they could truly call home.
Driven by that passion, he pursued formal training and passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam offered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). By April 2011, he had officially become a licensed real estate broker.
The early years were far from easy. It took two full years of perseverance before he closed his very first sale. But Benji never gave up. Fueled by faith, dedication, and a strong desire to serve, he took a bold step in February 2014 and established his own real estate and construction company—BERDEA 888 Inc.—a name inspired by him, his wife, and their shared commitment to honoring God in all they do. The company would later evolve into Berdea Realty Services.
Today, Berdea Realty Services remains grounded in its humble beginnings. Under Benji’s leadership as President and CEO, the company has grown to become a trusted name among clients, fellow brokers, and property developers alike. But beyond business, Berdea’s true foundation is service—with a heart for helping Filipino families and investors find homes and opportunities they can believe in.
